Adoption_Situation:
J is a 21-year-old, African American female who enjoys spending time with her family and child. Jasmine has one daughter, who is 3 years old, All of her immediate family members are healthy.
Medical history for birth mother This is J’s third pregnancy. J’s expected date of delivery with this pregnancy is July 25, 2008. J has began prenatal care with J oes have a Medical card.J reports being in good health. She has not taken any medications during this pregnancy. She denies smoking tobacco and using drugs. She did report drinking one alcoholic beverage in mid october before realizing she was pregnant. J said that there is no mental health diagnosis in her family medical history. Birthfather is known and is in a new relationship. J does not feel that she is financially, physically or emotionally able to care for another child at this time.J would like to create an adoption plan with a family of her choosing and that will provide pictures and updates of the child throughout the eighteen years of the child's life. She would like to meet the adoptive couple in person prior to delivery. The adoption will be a fee of$15,000.00 This amount will cover: Birth Mother Living,Assistance and Clothing Allowance Agency Fees
Agency Expenses (Medical Records, Phone Calls, Overnight Mailings)
Attorney Fee $2,500.00
