Adoption_Situation:
Expectant mom is 24 yrs old, ½ Hispanic and ½ Italian, brown hair and brown eyes. She is parenting 2 young children as a single parent and does not want to parent another child with no additional support. The expectant mom has been receiving prenatal care during her pregnancy and is covered under Medicaid. She denies the use of smoking or the use of drugs with this pregnancy. She does admit to consuming alcohol in the beginning of her pregnancy before she found out she was pregnant. She has been clean for alcohol use since then. She was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and depression 4 years ago. She also notes that her sister also has bipolar. The expectant mom has taken herself off of her medication since finding out she was pregnant because she wants to make sure the child has the best possible start at development to be a healthy baby. Her two small children do not have any medical concerns.
The expectant father is Hispanic, black hair, brown eyes and medium complexion. The expectant mom does not know where he is or have a complete name for him.
The expectant mom would like a Married Traditional family, with 1 or 2 children but is open to consider families with no children. She is open to any race family and would prefer the family was Christian. She would like the family to support a semi-open adoption plan with letters and pictures after placement. She is open to speak with the family prior to the delivery to keep them informed about the pregnancy. The fees associated with this opportunity are $34,000 which includes everything but finalization and travel to AZ. AZ does not allow non-residents to finalize so the adoptive family will finalize in their home state. The expectant mom is asking to view profiles. US families only.
